Hi, my name is Olivia Galletly and I am The Hungry Cook!

I love to create drool-worthy recipes for the everyday cook. The method of cooking I find most rewarding is using up what I have, creating new recipes based on seasonal vegetables, whatever meat I have in my freezer and any fresh herbs that I can get my hands on. Most of my recipes found here are adaptations of old classics I’ve loved and experimented with for years.

I live north of Auckland City (New Zealand) by the sea with my partner Joel, our two daughters Tui and Nelly and dog Chloe.
